1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MAX Player mobile application (the "App"), developed by Devsinntechnologies ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the App and cease all usage of its related assets.
2. License Grant
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and run a copy of MAX Player on your authorized Android device for personal, non-commercial media playback purposes.
You shall not attempt to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the App codebase.
- Modify, adapt, or build derivative products based upon the App.
- Distribute, rent, sub-license, or commercially exploit the App's functionalities.
3. User Content & Local Playback
MAX Player is designed to play locally stored video, audio, and subtitle files. You retain all ownership, rights, and responsibilities for any media content loaded or played inside the App.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the legitimacy, copyright compliance, or safety of the media content you choose to play. You agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with copyright laws and local regulations.
4. Google Drive Cloud Integration
The App provides an optional Google Drive integration that allows you to link your Google account to back up and stream files. By utilizing this feature:
- You warrant that you have the right to access and stream files from your designated Google Drive space.
- Your use of Google Drive services is governed independently by Google's standard Terms of Service and API policies.
- We are not responsible for any modifications, limits, or temporary service outages of Google Drive API endpoints.
5. Monetization & Advertisements
MAX Player is made available completely free of charge. To support continuous development and maintenance without subscriptions, the App serves occasional advertisements. By using the App, you consent to the delivery of these advertisements through compliant SDK platforms like Google AdMob.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLAYBACK OF EVERY FILE FORMAT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, OR SECURED FROM UNCOMMON SYSTEM STABILITY CONFLICTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEVSINNTECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE USE, OR MEDIA CORRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR INSTALLATION OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction and standard international software distribution frameworks, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When updates are published, the revised version will be uploaded directly to this page with a new "Last Updated" timestamp. Your continued use of the App following the posting of updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
