• All communication is initiated directly between your Android device and Google's official cloud storage APIs.
• We do not have a middle-man server, and we never access, view, or retain your Google Drive files, credentials, or metadata.

To provide standard playback and organizer features, MAX Player requests the following Android permissions, which are only used for the specified actions:

• Read External Storage / Media Access: Necessary to scan and index local videos and display them inside your smart folders.
• Internet Permission: Required for the optional Google Drive cloud sync integration and ad delivery.
• Picture-in-Picture (PiP): Allows the video player to minimize into a floating window so you can multitask seamlessly.
• Wake Lock / Foreground Service: Used to maintain smooth audio/video streaming when the sleep timer is active or screen is locked.

5. Third-Party Services & Advertising

To keep MAX Player 100% free with no subscription barriers, we serve occasional non-intrusive advertisements. We utilize reputable third-party SDKs that may collect anonymous data to optimize ad relevance and performance:

• Google Play Services: Core utilities for application stability and Play Store updates.
• Google AdMob: Serves standard banners or interstitial advertisements. AdMob may process your device advertising ID (GAID) and coarse location parameters to deliver safer, localized ads.

We prioritize user safety. While we do not store your personal details online, our app codebase implements standard cryptographic storage utilities to lock down local preferences, sync data, and playback markers against unauthorized extraction.
